  1. How much is the deposit?

    This depends on the type of vehicle you rent and whether you reduce the own risk.

    If you do not lower your own risk, the deposit is equal to the own risk plus the expected rental amount.

    If you lower your own risk the deposit depends on the class of car. The deposit is then as follows:

    The deposit amounts are increased by the expected rental amount.

  2. How do I get the deposit back?

    If you opt for a guarantee by debit card, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account number minus the actual rental costs. The repayment usually takes 2-5 business days.

    For credit card transactions we only make a reservation on your credit card and on return we settle it. Please note that processing the transaction can take 1-2 business days.

  3. What happens if I drive more kilometers than I have indicated?

    If you drive more kilometers than the stated free mileage, the extra kilometers will be charged to you.

  4. Can I return the car outside operational hours?

    Yes, this is possible. You can put the key in the key drop box in front of the premises. Always ask one of our employees where the key drop box is
    is localized.

  5. What is meant by a postal item?

    By postal item we mean a letter that you have received by regular post. Examples of this can be: a bank statement, a telephone bill, a salary specification or a tax assessment. Please note that this document may not be older than 30 days.
