General

  1. If you drive more kilometers than the stated free mileage, the extra kilometers will be charged to you.

Pickup / Return

  1. You must bring your driver's license, your ID card or passport, a postal item with your home address on it (not older than 30 days) and your debit card, credit card or cash.

  4. No, all our vehicles are branch related. This means that it is not possible to return a vehicle elsewhere.

Insurance / Damage

  1. When a take a Passenger insurance the passengers are also insured for injury.
  2. If you choose for window / tire insurance, you are insured for damage to the tires and the window. If you have a flat tire or a crack in the window, then (part of) the own risk is not used for this.
  3. We define overhead damage as damage above the window line.

    These damages are not covered by the reduction or surrender of the own risk. For a private individual, the overhead damage own risk is max. € 1,500.00. For companies this is a maximum of € 5,000.00
